Hi, I’m chianté!
I’m passionate about spirituality, personal development, and all things wellness. Inspired by the transformative journey of butterflies, I founded Butterflies & Babble to create a safe space for multi-passionate individuals like myself. This platform is where you can relax, be yourself, and explore your own journey of growth and transformation. Through blogs, videos, and community discussions, Butterflies & Babble offers resources and inspiration for personal growth, mindfulness, and holistic wellness.
Beyond wellness, I love sharing my thoughts on food, dogs, literature, social trends, and any other quirky topics that pop into my mind. My Gemini nature means I’m constantly juggling a zillion thoughts, and after being repeatedly told by my best friend that I’m “funny as f__k” in real life, I decided it was time to jot down and give voice to all this knee-slapping material.
My diverse work experiences have greatly enriched my perspective and content. I’ve worked as an executive assistant, receptionist, circulation campaign manager, customer care representative, shoe sales associate (I love a cute shoe!), English (ESL) teacher, oil refinery data entry specialist, advertising agency media biller, dog daycare receptionist, and social media strategist. Each role has taught me valuable lessons in communication, organization, empathy, and creativity, all of which I bring to Butterflies & Babble.
In my free time, you’ll find me chasing my fur baby Admiral, reading, or binge-watching foreign TV shows. As a budget nomad who can’t sit still, I’ve lived in Toyohashi, Japan, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and various cities throughout Southern California. These experiences have shaped my understanding of different cultures and lifestyles, further enriching the content I share on my platform.
My philosophy on passionate living
I believe that we are all born with passions, dreams, and visions. You might dream of being an artist, dancer, fashionista, animal rescuer, chef, singer, crafter, or podcaster. Perhaps you envision launching a business that is unique and different. It’s possible that your vision combines several of these passions!
